Labour Day Tote 2022

As Labour Day approaches, we are excited to offer a line of merchandise that celebrates the labour movement and its members. These items were designed to share our mandate and honour the gains we’ve made for better working conditions and pay. We are proud to be celebrating Labour Day and are offering wholesale discounts to Unions and other friendly organizations!

The “Workers of the world, unite!" design was created by Margaret Joba-Woodruff, a local artist, printmaker, and worker/owner of VALU CO-OP. These heavyweight canvas totes are super durable and made-to-order using vinyl heat transfer.

VALUe #10 — We aim to source materials and supplies produced through ethical labour practices, and which uphold environmentally sustainable practices.

This 16" x 15" tote was cut and sewn right here in Vancouver by the Stitcher’s CO-OP. They are made of seven-ounce cotton canvas with one-inch webbed cotton handles and then heat pressed at VALU CO-OP's Chinatown Studio by unionized printers.
