The Laura Mask

All products are hand made to order so please be patient in the receipt of your orders. COVID-19 restrictions have greatly reduced our production timelines. For local pick ups, you will be notified when your order is ready to go, please wait until you receive your notification before scheduling a time to drop by the studio.

The Laura Mask collection is designed by VALU's own Laura Cuthbert, and made by unionized artists of Vancouver Sewing Labour Union Co-op. This mask comes in four different two sided designs, each heat pressed onto a half black half white mask.

Masks are triple layered with two cotton faces and a melt-blown polyester interfacing to stop particle transmission. The mask itself (aka The Gigi Mask) is designed to be worn comfortably for long periods of time. They are durable and easily washable. We recommend a machine wash and line dry. Measurement specifications may fluctuate slightly. Every mask is made locally by hand, and because of this we are doing our best to fulfill every order in a timely manner.

For each purchase of a Laura Mask, proceeds go to VALU and VSLU Co-ops, and to Laura herself and her mutual aid projects. Designed and made locally, unionized, and cooperatively owned.
